Where are your showrooms located?

We have three showroom locations: MOIE Pacific Place Mall Jakarta Level 1, Minotti Jakarta at Kemang Raya 79, and Poliform Jakarta at Kemang Raya 23. 

Do we need to make an appointment before visiting your showroom?

You can come at any time during our operational hours without an appointment. If you’d like to visit outside of the operational hours, please contact our Marketing WhatsApp at +62 822 9999 6643 to make an appointment.

What are the operational hours of MOIE?

MOIE Pacific Place Mall opens Monday to Sunday from 11 AM – 7 PM.

Minotti Jakarta and Poliform Jakarta opens Monday to Friday from 10 AM – 6 PM and Saturday from 10 AM – 5 PM.

What is the return/exchange policy?

There are no exchanges or returns allowed without written authorization from Moie. No exchange, return for sale items.

What is your refund policy?

In situation that refund for purchased goods is approved by our management, all refunds will only be in form of Store Credit. 

Do you offer delivery services out of Jakarta or Indonesia?

Yes, we are pleased to provide delivery for our customers anywhere. Our sales associate will work with you to arrange a delivery date and time that fits your schedule. 

Do you offer interior design services?

Yes, our project consultants will be happy to assist you in designing your space to your exact specifications, no matter the size and scope of the project.

What about special orders or custom projects?

Majority of our Brands offer customization on the products so Yes, our project consultants are trained to make you proposal for any customization possible for products from each brand and will be happy to assist your special request.

What if I need to cancel an order?

Cancellations will not be accepted if the production of an order is already in progress. Orders cancelled will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of total value of the order. All refunds will only be in form of Store Credit. All Sale items are final. No exchanges or returns are permitted. Contact us at +62 21 7196360 for any modification on your orders.

What methods of payment are accepted?

We accept payment by Credit cards Visa and Mastercard, Bank transfer and also Cash in Indonesian Rupiah.

How much is required for a deposit upon ordering?

70% Deposit is required for all Indent items and Full Payment is required for all Stock Items before delivery.

How long is the wait time for indent products?

Depending on the Brands Indent Goods can arrive between 4-7 months

Is there a charge for furniture assembly upon delivery? 

All deliveries to the Jabodetabek area are free of charge. Deliveries made to other areas are subject to delivery charges. All out of town and overseas deliveries will be arranged by the customer. Moie can help prepare documents necessary for shipments as needed.
