PRODUCT WARRANTY

By default we give 6 months store warranty to all products you purchased from us with the exceptions of normal usage wear and tear on products finishes and upholstery.

PRODUCT MAINTENANCE

As we care about your products as much as you do, we are on stand-by to assist you with your regular dry-cleaning over your furniture removable upholstery or reupholstery. Our team will gladly come to remove the cover, arrange the covers to be cleaned professionally to third-party professional dry-cleaners  and help put back the covers in place for your furniture as it should be.

In addition, also will educate you on how to maintain your furniture to keep looking fresh as long as they can.

PRODUCT REPAIRS

MOIE has a solid wood and metal repair team in house. We will do our best to offer our repair services for you and can also arrange your product to be serviced in the origin country of the Brand with shipping and repair fee paid by the customer.
