The previous license for FENDI CASA production held by Luxury Living ended with the passing of its founder, Alberto Vignatelli, in 2017. Now, the revered brand sets its sights on a fresh chapter under the creative guidance of Silvia Venturini Fendi. This exciting collaboration is set to debut at this year’s Milan Design Week, promising a collection that embodies the passion for craftsmanship and versatility that both FENDI and Design Holding are renowned for.
FENDI CASA’s new 2023 collections, unveiled at Milan Design Week, confirm the brand’s commitment to expanding in the high-end design market, a venture that began with the creation of the joint venture between FENDI and Design Holding in 2021. The collections will be showcased in FENDI’s Milan boutique at Piazza della Scala, a space where the minimal yet powerful décor revolves around the architectural element of the round arch, a signature motif for FENDI symbolising a contemporary culture rooted in classicism.
Under the creative direction of Silvia Venturini Fendi, the new collections bring together previously unreleased products and new collaborations, each item brimming with character, inspired by a passion for raw materials and skilled craftsmanship. The collections are centered around three core concepts: Crafting, which emphasises craftsmanship; Family, evoking cosy atmospheres; and Vibrant, bringing a strong, glamorous flair. These concepts interact constantly, creating a versatile style lexicon rich in inspiration.
