DESIGNER’s STORY

Federico Peri

Moved to Paris after having completed his university studies, he begins his own professional career working together with great masters and defining his own interest as synergy between historical and contemporary.

He deals mainly with interiors and, once came back to Milan, he opens his own atelier in 2011. He works together with companies, fashion brands, professional and private, creating projects that can definitely be connected to every single identity.
Since 2014 he starts to focus more on furnishing items.

“I feel I have more chance to express myself, I am able to get a stronger contact with matter itself, with artisans, with clients; it is more stimulating, according to me and it has become my main interest.

I love being in contact with people, but I’m very reflective and introverted, too. Above all while designing; I always need to get some space for myself. The conception and design phase of a project comes when I’m alone, in the evening or early in the morning”.
