The Berlin-based design agency e27 was established by Tim Brauns, Hendrik Gackstatter and Fax Quintus to incorporate different areas of design, including web-, graphic-, corporate and product design into a consolidated design environment.
DESIGNER’s STORY
After graduating from Musashino Art University, she worked for a large electrical goods manufacturer. She eventually went on to found Design Studio S with roots in industrial design. The studio works in a variety of different fields. From everyday electronics and specialized healthcare technology to unique capsule hotels, Design Studio S effectively adapts its knowledge of and capability for design.
Fumie Shibata is a professor at Musashino Art University and a Judging Committee Chair of the 2018-2019 Good Design Awards. She is the author of the book ‘Forms within Forms’. Design Studio S has received many awards for excellence in design, such as the iF Gold Award, the Design for Asia Top, Culture, and the Gold Awards.

atelier oï was founded in 1991 in La Neuveville, Switzerland, by Aurel Aebi, Armand Louis and Patrick Reymond. The name oï, derived from the Russian word “troïka”, a team of three, conveys the dynamism and holistic energy generated by a trio.

Lucie Koldova is an acclaimed Czech and international product and furniture designer. Her collaboration with Brokis began in 2010 with the iconic Muffins and Balloons lighting collections, which she designed while living and working in Paris.
