GUBI brings an immersive experience to 3daysofdesign 2025, presenting its vision for the year ahead. From iconic
reissues to new collaborations, the showcase spans generations of creativity across four curated spaces – each
designed to engage the senses and spark inspiration.

The journey begins with this year’s new arrivals: from the sculptural masterpieces of Afra and Tobia Scarpa and Carlo De Carli, now reissued, to new creations by AMDL CIRCLE, founded by Michele De Lucchi, and a refined shelving design by Linda Korndal. Together, they build on GUBI’s strong foundation in Italian design, shaped by legends like Joe Colombo, Gabriella Crespi, Gio Ponti, and Gianfranco Frattini – while introducing fresh voices to the collection.

SUMMER AND FALL 2025 PREVIEW
Icons Revisited, New Voices Introduced

GUBI’s 2025 collection blends legacy and new ideas through form, comfort, and craft. The modular Elogio Sofa by Afra and Tobia Scarpa and reissues of Carlo De Carli’s architectural Tavolo a Dischi and the elegantly curved Poltrona Tria set the tone for the season. Contemporary voices join the conversation with the Bistra Collection – a modern take on rattan by AMDL CIRCLE, led by Michele
De Lucchi – and a shelving system by Linda Korndal that balances minimalism with utility.

Reimagined favorites include the GUBI 3D Chair by Komplot Design, now in recycled plastic and updated wood veneer; a softer expression of the Beetle Chair by GamFratesi; new versions of Louis Weisdorf’s Multi-Lite and Greta M. Grossman’s Gräshoppa; and the special 9602 Floor Lamp edition by GUBI x GARRO ÉDITIONS – blending Paavo Tynell’s legacy with the artistic spirit of Henry Moore.

Together, the collection speaks to GUBI’s evolving design language: grounded in legacy, shaped by innovation, and made to live beautifully today.

GUBI presents Pierre Paulin’s F300 Chair and companion T877 Table

1960s sculptural seating sensation makes its long-awaited comeback

‘We are delighted to expand GUBI’s portfolio of Pierre Paulin designs beyond the Pacha to include another, equally boundary-breaking design. In its way, the F300 is every bit as iconic as some of the 20th century’s most celebrated chairs. With its utterly distinctive, futuristic form, the F300 Lounge Chair has proved itself as timeless as any of the great chairs of modernist design history.’
– Marie Kristine Schmidt, CEO, GUBI

Like its fellow Pierre Paulin chair design, the Pacha, the F300 manages to look like a completely new design concept while still ticking every functional box demanded of a chair as a practical piece of furniture. But where the Pacha is soft, fluffy, and pillow-like, the F300 – and its companion side table, the T877 – is harder and more defined in form, while maintaining a distinctive sculptural fluidity facilitated by its material composition.
