Set within the iconic Audo House in Nordhavn, Copenhagen, MONUMENTS draws from the principles of Neo-classicism — proportion, symmetry and balance — seamlessly weaving them into the language of contemporary minimalism.
Developed in collaboration with Norm Architects and Art Director Christian Møller Andersen, the exhibition pays tribute to the enduring presence of monumental form — interpreted through both historical and modern lenses.
Across multiple spaces, from the café and concept shop to exhibition rooms and a lush courtyard, the installation unfolds as a sensory journey that invites visitors to reflect on design as a continuum — where the past is not left behind but reinterpreted for the present.
Through a carefully orchestrated interplay of textures, light and spatial compositions, as well as bespoke objects, artworks and sculptures created exclusively for Audo House, MONUMENTS is an invitation to slow down, engage and experience design as a monument to time itself.
