FENDI Casa, on the occasion of Milan Design Week 2024, unveils a new chapter of its journey epitomising a continuous dialogue between design, the selection of raw materials and workmanship. With a further component: a note of eccentricity and whimsy.
Founded on the vision of its creative director Silvia Venturini Fendi, the FENDI Casa collection revolves around a number of cornerstone concepts: authenticity, embodied in a constantly evolving research into style; desirability, conveyed through the use of elements cherished by the Maison, such as the FF logo, iconic motifs such as the Pequin pattern, and the skilful use of materials; uniqueness, where imagination converges with extraordinary workmanship; the search for more and more novel pieces that enrich the collection, for details and finishes, for fresh interpretations that revisit the iconic features of the Maison.
The boutique design project offers an innovative interpretation of the FF logo, born from Silvia Venturini Fendi’s vision and executed by Controvento. The logo becomes an architectural component playing with an essential expression of the Maison’s visual language, iterations of which are used to create see through partitions that separate spaces, set against a very light colour palette of whites, neutral s and natural hues, creating an ambience of brightness and purity, where focus is placed on the design of the new products.
