From 8th to 13th April 2025 Euroluce returned to Milan to showcase light, not just as a technological and functional element, but as an emotional influence and source of wellbeing. First held in 1976, Euroluce narrates the evolution of lighting design, sparking widespread research, innovation and reflection. This year, it welcomed more than 300 exhibitors and saw the first edition of the Euroluce International Lighting Forum, an international debate on the major themes of the industry.

Vibia’s proposal for Euroluce 2025 aimed to highlight the company’s ongoing exploration of the concept of “Shaping Atmospheres.” The stand was organised around four key pillars: Materiality and Warm Light, Conducting Light Through Space, Dynamic Light, and Indoor-Outdoor Living. Each one reflects Vibia’s philosophy and vision, transforming the way we experience light and atmosphere.

Vibia once again entrusted Francesc Rifé Studio to bring its spatial vision to life. The stand was conceived as a sequence of volumes and voids, each island housing a specific collection of luminaires. Rather than aiming for spectacle, it created an immersive experience, the architecture gently guiding the visitor’s gaze and allowing people to discover rather than dominate the space. Warm materials such as bleached oak and a precise geometric language enhanced the emotional dimension of light and its capacity to shape, insinuate, and disappear, redefining lighting as a generator of atmosphere.

ARRAY LINEAL

Array Lineal presents a collection of majestic linear forms. Customised configurations envelop the space, warm light shimmering through its linear structures and highlighting the textures of surrounding materials. The collection emits a gentle downlight, while indirect light washes upwards in a gradient of colour.

WOVEN AIR

Alongside its iconic collections, Vibia introduced guests to a series of new collections, not yet released, that explore the same concept. Woven Air, by Doshi Levien, plays with the lightness and delicacy of diffusing fabrics. Jacquard woven textiles are transformed into generous, floating volumes with a filtering effect.

DUNA

Duna by Cecilie Manz is an essential design that enhances the serenity of spaces through warm, enveloping light. Crafted with natural washi paper, its presence is felt more by the atmosphere it creates than by the luminaire itself.

ASIA

Antoni Arola’s Asia merges traditional Asian craftsmanship with modern technology. Delicately filtering the light from within, its primary shape gives it a sense of fragility, while carrying strong conceptual weight.

BIRDS

During Euroluce 2025, Vibia also took the opportunity to showcase a number of collections in development that aim to redefine the way light flows through space. Birds, by Martín Azúa, is an elegant modular solution inspired by the freedom of birds perching on a branch. It optimises spotlighting with elegance and precision, creating a richly nuanced atmosphere.

VEIL

Francisco Gomez Paz’s Veil is an innovative collection that is both visually distinctive and highly functional, introducing essential structures that transform light into a three-dimensional experience.

NEXUM

Meanwhile, Arik Levy reinterprets the concept of the horizontal chandelier with Nexum, combining both downward and upward lighting to create dynamic structural compositions.

OFFSET

Designed by Xuclà, Offset combines a sleek design with subtle, intuitive lighting: a variety of ceiling fixtures add depth and functionality thanks to their dynamic lighting effects. Wall washers enrich the space with colour, from warm hues that evoke the afternoon sun to cool, energising tones.

OKO

Alongside Offset, Vibia presented three new proposals that adapt to changes in mood and use of space, redefining the way we experience light. When Oko, by Ramos & Bassols, comes to life it radiates with energy. Fusing light and material, its essential form is poised over a solid base-block, enhanced by an exquisite spectrum of Chromatica coloured light gradients.

DAYLIGHT

Designed by Daniel Rybakken, Daylight recreates the natural transition of light throughout the day, enhancing connection with our surroundings. Rather than imitate daylight as observed outdoors, it explores its effects as it enters a room through a window.

PRO

Pro, by Holscher Design, is more than just a luminaire – it is an immersive lighting experience. Offering advanced control of whites, colours, and graphic effects, its intuitive functionality transforms our perception of space and ambience.

CLASS

Class, by Sebastian Herkner, reimagines the classic street lamp with clean, contemporary lines. Thanks to its noble materials and elegant presence, it lends character to transitional spaces while integrating into gardens, patios, and urban areas. Its warm, uniform light enhances the sense of continuity, facilitating an enveloping, comfortable ambience.

ALBA

Delving deeper into new ways of integrating light into the landscape, Vibia unveiled four collections still in development. A portable solution by Roberto Palomba, Alba symbolises the meeting of two essential elements in perfect tangency. A stability that is only seemingly fragile, its dynamism is shaped by a dialogue of encounters and separations.

PIPES

Blending into both urban and landscaping projects, Arik Levy’s Pipes reinterprets industrial elements with a poetic aesthetic. Its fluid, continuous design performs a multitude of tasks, delivering light as a material element.

CLOSER

Pushing the connection between interior and exterior further, Closer, by Ichiro Iwasaki, offers portable illumination with a gentle presence that envelops the air, casting a serene and intimate light.

NENUPHAR

And finally, Nenuphar, by Estudio Lievore Asociados + Lis Beltran, combines natural shapes with meticulous technical precision. Like an ethereal garden, its delicate curves and slender lines integrate flawlessly into outdoor settings.
